Interview Requests: All interview requests for Minnesota Vikings players, coaches, or staff members should be directed to the Pubic Relations Department. Interviews to be conducted by phone must be arranged at least two days in advance and will be subject to availability. Head Coach Brad Childress will hold a press conference the day following games at Winter Park and will make a weekly conference call to speak with the opposing team's assembled media.

Open Locker Room Period: The Vikings' locker room is open for accredited media each Wednesday and Thursday in the Sid Hartman Media Center at Winter Park during this period. Television stand ups and live shots are prohibited during press conferences. Vikings players will also be available to the media following workouts on Friday with the assistance of Public Relations staffers of the Vikings. Players and coaches are not available for interviews on Tuesdays, the day before a game or game day until after the game.

Practice Regulations: The Vikings practices at Winter Park on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are open for the first half-hour to accredited media. Practices are open for filming during the first half-hour.

Game Credentials: Credential requests are honored for accredited media on specific assignments and must be made through the Vikings' Public Relations Department. Credential will not be issued to writers or photographers working on a free-lance basis unless the request is made by a recognized publication or news organization. Season-long credentials are issued in July; game-by-game credentials must be requested at least one week prior to each home game. Game day credentials may be picked up at Media Will Call at Gate D at the Metrodome starting three hours before kickoff. All credential requests must be submitted in writing to Bob Hagan, Director of Public Relations, or Jeff Anderson, Public Relations Assistant, 9520 Viking Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 or by fax, (952) 828-6540

Press Releases: The Vikings' weekly press release may be obtained in the team's press room at Winter Park or on the internet at www.vikings.com. The team's weekly injury report, which is first released on Wednesday and updated Thursday, can be found in the same locations.
